  from a variety of materials in order to express their own vision of these
  extinct creatures in their environment.</p>\n<p><strong>Open to residents
  in SD #21 ONLY. Register in the Children's Room or online with your Bethp

 bsences without notification will cause registration for subsequent progra
 ms in the following newsletter to be added to the waitlist rather than the
  main list.</li>\n<li>Waitlist does not guarantee admittance.</li>\n<li>Pa
 trons on a waitlists will be notified as cancellations are made in advance
  of the program.</li>\n<li>Waitlist on day of program: Priority\, based on
  arrival time will be given to online wait listed patrons. Walk-ins will b
 e added to the existing wait list based on a first-come-first-basis.</li>\
 n<li>Latecomers: Reservations will be held for 5 minutes after start time 
 unless you have called in advance.</li>\n<li><strong>Caregivers are requir
 ed to remain in the Library at all times while their children are attendin
