She is also a Stress Management Educator with a certificate from Gov ernors State University. Also\, with \;a \;Master of Library Scien ce Degree\, Elaine was a School District Librarian for 21 years. Combining these master's degrees\, Elaine has earned the esteemed title of THE Danc ing Librarian!! \;
