 arolyn Willard\, EdD</strong></p>\n<p>Carolyn is an educational&nbsp\;prof
 essional who has assisted small and large businesses get started and move 
 forward as employee\,&nbsp\;consultant\, and mentor. She spoke at the Wome
 n's Small Business Development program in Missouri early in her career. Sh
 e has served as mentor/coach at Butler University Lacy School of Business 
 since 2015\, advising students on how to open\, operate\, and close a busi
 ness during the span of one semester. Her entrepreneurial&nbsp\;spirit led
  her to establish and to continue to direct International Friends (a schoo
 l that teaches American English and Culture) for almost 20 years. Her pass
 ion is helping people to achieve their dreams and live a happy life. She i
 s a recognized Indiana Wildlife Artist and Rain on Main rain barrel painte
 r\, mom\, and nana.</p>\n<hr />\n<p><br />If you are unable to attend the
