 ogramming to the parkway in 2026.</p>\n<p>Nature journaling combines mindf
 ulness\, creativity\, and the great outdoors. There will be a brief introd
 uction to nature journaling\, a few warm-up exercises\, independent journa
 ling time\, and a group shareout at the end. All materials will be provide
 d. No prior experience is needed.</p>\n<p><strong>Please register to atten
 d.</strong>&nbsp\;Parking passes will be available\, and instructions will
  be emailed to registrants prior to the program date.</p>\n<hr />\n<p>Sacr
 amento Public Library (SPL) and the&nbsp\;American River Parkway Foundatio
 n&nbsp\;(ARPF) will be cohosting 5 programs at River Bend Park this year. 
 We will meet on the 4th Thursday of each month (April through August) from
