Art can be a powerful tool for self-expres sion and self-discovery. When we create art as a tool for self-care\, we h ave the opportunity to explore our thoughts\, feelings\, and experiences i n a safe and non-judgmental space. This month we will be creating our very own Gratitude Gardens in honor of our 2026 Big Read selection\, "Catalog of Unabashed Gratitude" by Ross Gay. It is a book of poetry with an emphas is on things like community\, connection\, gratitude\, nature\, and garden s. We will be using a template from Doing Good Together to craft flowers w here the petals include - in writing - the things we are grateful for. All materials are provided. \;
