\nVinegar contamination is a winemak er's worst nightmare\, why is that? Both can come from the same fruit\, bu t have distinct methodologies. Explore the basics of what creates vinegar vs. wine and taste your way through three distinct types of vinegar and wi ne. We&rsquo\;ll provide light snacks to pair with each and a palate clean ser between the vinegar and wine tasting.

\nJanic e Keeley \;is the owner of \;Arome. She is a gourmet food enthusia st who grew up on a small family farm in the heart of the Willamette Valle y. She developed her love of gardening and cooking at an early age on the farm\, but started her career and spent about 10 years as a civil engineer after attending Oregon State University. In 2016\, she pivoted and pursue d her dream of bringing unique and high quality gourmet foods and kitchen wares to Hood River\, Oregon and opened the first location of Arome in ear ly 2017. Janice loves the unique knowledge the every customer brings to th e store and enjoys learning about each person's flavor preferences\, trave ls and journey in cooking.
