Turn up the he at in this hands-on workshop led by award-winning local hot sauce maker Je ff Davis from Island Son Canada. Jeff will lead participants on an in-depth journ ey into the world of hot sauce\, complete with an explanation of the scien ce of making hot sauce\, from flavour balance to preservation safety\, as well as cooking tips and tricks. Following the session\, Jeff will lead a Q&\;A and participants will get to choose their own chili peppers and t ake home a custom blend to turn into their very own sauce. \;
