 ipants to the basics of yoga and the health benefits of a gentle self-care
  practice. A registered yoga teacher will guide the class through a planne
 d sequence of movements that link the breath with stretching\, strengtheni
 ng\, and balancing poses. Each class may include reclined\, seated\, kneel
 ing\, and standing postures. All participants should have the strength and
  mobility to get down onto the floor and back to standing.&nbsp\;<br />&nb
 sp\;<br />The practice of breath awareness can sharpen mental clarity and 
 focus\, calm the nervous system\, and relax the body. The slow\, flowing m
 ovements of yoga can enhance strength\, stability\, resilience\, and balan
 ce.&nbsp\; A regular yoga practice can be a valuable tool to develop and i
 mprove personal health and wellness.&nbsp\;<br />&nbsp\;<br />Wear comfort
 able clothes\; bring a yoga mat (if you have one)\, a bath/beach towel\, a
 nd water bottle.&nbsp\;<br />&nbsp\;<br />Waivers:â€¯We have two waive
