 p\, where participants will learn how to create their own Indigenous ribbo
 n skirts from start to finish. From measuring fabric and selecting ribbons
  to sewing it all together\, this workshop welcomes all levels of sewing e
 xperience. It's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate your tribal heritage 
 and culture in a supportive\, creative space. Presented by Native library 
 staff. Materials are provided\, but participants are welcome to bring thei
 r own.</p>\n<p><strong>Registration is required.</strong>&nbsp\;Attendees 
 under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Please be able to atte
