 </p>\n<p>John Dorhauer is a composer who embraces and enjoys a wide variet
 y of styles\, and this diversity is reflected in his compositions. Aside f
 rom composition activities\, John maintains a vigorous schedule as both an
  educator and a performer. He has had adjunct faculty positions at Chicago
  College of Performing Arts\, Elmhurst University\, and Moraine Valley Com
 munity College. As a performer\, Dorhauer plays trumpet in several area ba
 nds ranging in styles from jazz to rock to Spaghetti Western film scores.&
