 y\, the&nbsp\;MacLaren Art Centre&nbsp\;is excited to continue their partn
 ership with&nbsp\;New Path Youth and Family Services&nbsp\;to host special
  workshops for families at Painswick and downtown Barrie Public Library lo
 cations.&nbsp\;Guided by MacLaren art instructor <strong>Marjorie Dale</st
 rong>\, participants will explore shapes and symbols&mdash\;and incorporat
 e the colour green&mdash\; to create a vibrant painting that visually repr
 esents themes of growth\, hope and transformation.</p>\n<p>The artwork&nbs
 p\;created&nbsp\;will be part of a group exhibition&nbsp\;at the MacLaren&
 rsquo\;s&nbsp\;PIE Education Centre in May. All are welcome to celebrate a
 t the opening reception for this exhibition on Saturday\, May 2 from 1:00 
 to 3:00 pm&nbsp\;at the MacLaren Art Centre.&nbsp\;www.maclarenart.com</p>
 \n<p><strong>These workshops are ideal for families with children ages 6 a
 nd up.&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>This is a registered event with lim

 nate multidisciplinary artist whose work spans painting\, sculpture\, mixe
 d media\, and digital art. She has a deep appreciation for creative expres
 sion in all its forms and thrives on exploring different techniques and pu
 shing artistic boundaries. Her art takes inspiration from her personal int
 erests\, experiences\, and\, well\, kind of everything and everyone. Every
  cool new tidbit she learns\, every inspiring story she reads\, and everyw
 here she goes adds depth and dimension to her work.&nbsp\;</sub></p>\n<p><
 sub>Beyond Marjorie&rsquo\;s personal practice\, she is deeply committed t
 o nurturing creativity in others\, especially young artists. She has worke
 d with children in camps\, school programs\, and community art initiatives
  and believes that every child has a unique artistic voice waiting to find
  its expression. Through patient guidance and an encouraging approach\, sh
 e likes to help students gain confidence\, develop new skills\, and expres
 s themselves freely.&nbsp\;Whether working on a large-scale sculpture\, an
  intimate canvas\, or guiding a group of young creators\, Marjorie hopes t
 o bring passion\, experience\, and a dedication to making art accessible a
