\nTerri Blackwell
\nA seasoned nonprofit leader\, Terri Blackwell serves as Exe cutive Director of the Prince George&rsquo\;s Community Collaborative Reso lution Center\, where she provides strategic and operational leadership fo r a countywide community mediation organization. With deep expertise in no nprofit operations\, program development\, and relationship-development\, she has successfully transformed the culture of her center\, expanded part nerships and advanced mission-centered outcomes through conflict resolutio n and restorative practices. Her work includes overseeing staff and volunt eer supervision\, grant management\, fundraising\, and community engagemen t efforts across local government\, schools\, and community agencies.
\ nPreviously\, Terri held leadership roles in sales and program manageme nt and spent nearly two decades as an educator\, experiences that inform h er collaborative leadership style and commitment to capacity-building. She holds a Master of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Nonpr ofit Management and is a certified community mediator and crisis counselor . Known for fostering inclusive\, high-performing teams and improving oper ational efficiency\, she remains deeply committed to equity\, justice\, an d strengthening communities through dialogue and connection.

Tracee Fo rd
\nTracee Ford is a professional mediator and facilitator with over 15 years&rsquo\; experience. Tracee uses her creative energy an d talents to help groups meet their goals. From 2004 to 2011\, Tracee serv ed at different times as the Outreach Coordinator\, the Director of Traini ng and Outreach\, and the Executive Director for Community Mediation in Ba ltimore. She has extensive experience training mediators for: Office of Pu blic Defenders\, Baltimore City Police Department\, Office of Labor Commis sion\, Baltimore City Public Schools\, and community mediation centers in Prince George&rsquo\;s County\, Anne Arundel County\, Hagerstown\, and Bal timore. Tracee is an evaluator for the Community Mediation Maryland Perfor mance Based Evaluation for Mediators.
