 a plate of food that represents your culture or heritage to share with the
  group.<br />It&rsquo\;s the perfect chance to taste new flavours\, chat w
 ith friendly faces\, and explore our diverse library collection.</p>\n<ul>

 ired)<br />&nbsp\;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Food Safety Community Advice</p>\n<ul>\
 n<li>Please note this event has food sharing and food allergens may be pre
 sent.</li>\n<li>Label food with any allergens.</li>\n<li>Keep hot food hot
 .</li>\n<li>If you want to serve food at less than 60&deg\;C\, make sure i
 t doesn&rsquo\;t stay at that temperature for more than four hours. Keep c
 old food cold if you prepare food ahead of time\, and cool it in the fridg
 e make sure that the fridge is still operating at or below 5&deg\;C.</li>\
 n<li>Transporting food to the event use insulated containers with lots of 
 ice-bricks\, gel packs or frozen water bottles to keep the food chilled.<b
 r />Chill the&nbsp\;food well before taking it out of the fridge to pack.<
 /li>\n<li>Don&rsquo\;t pack food with other chilled food if it has just be
 en cooked and is still warm &ndash\; transport it in another insulated con
 tainer to keep it warm.</li>\n<li>Cover all ready to eat food securely.</l
