X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>Drawing on her expertise in nightmares\, l
ucid dreaming\, and the cutting-edge field of dream engineering\, she reve
als how we can revolutionize our sleeping&mdash\;and waking&mdash\;health.
&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>To most\, dreams are things that slip away when we reemerg
e into the waking world\, their remnants jumbled up and only half recalled
. At their best\, they are populated by pleasant recollections and surreal

from receiving the necessary benefits of sleep.</p>\n<p>So why do we drea
m at all? What makes a person prone to nightmares? How do our bodies inter
face with our brains when we&rsquo\;re not awake? And how can we harness o
ur sleeping minds to improve our waking lives?</p>\n<p>Register now for a
conversation you don&rsquo\;t want to miss!</p>\n<p>About the Author:&nbsp
