 paredness work. He has also developed critically acclaimed training and br
 iefings on social engineering\, open-source intelligence\, insider threat\
 , counterintelligence awareness\, and the protection of the digital footpr
 int. In 2020\, Todd's efforts in establishing and maintaining an industria
 l security program received the prestigious Cogswell Award from the Defens
 e Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA).<strong></strong></p>\n<p>Hav
 ing started his security career in 2004 with the United States Secret Serv
 ice\, Rosenthal also studied under the famed Dr. Mark Frank\, the nation&r
 squo\;s foremost non-verbal communications and micro-expressions expert fo
 cused on the detection of aggression and deceit. Rosenthal then earned a d
 ouble master's degree in Communications and has worked with numerous three
 -letter agencies\, and some of the nation&rsquo\;s largest government cont
 ractors.</p>\n<p>Rosenthal has provided training and guidance to federal a
 gencies\, the intelligence community\, all of the military branches\, and 
 private establishments and organizations\, including non-profits. He is an
  active member of NCMS: The Society for Industrial Security Professionals 
 and serves as a Chairperson for The Industrial Security Awareness Council
