  Donor Criteria:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>All donors must bring a picture ID.</li>\n
 <li>Aspirin is okay.</li>\n<li>Please wait 56 days between blood donations
 .</li>\n<li>Eating a Meal before Blood Donation - Okay to eat a meal befor
 e blood donation.</li>\n<li>Hydration - Good to be hydrated before donatin
 g blood. Drink plenty of water.</li>\n<li>Tattoos - Are now okay! There is
  no longer a waiting period to donate blood after receiving a tattoo unles
 s it was done out of the country\, then it&rsquo\;s a one-year deferral. I
 f it was not done at a professional establishment\, it is also a one-year 
 deferral.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Diabetics can donate blood.</li>\n<li>Pregnancy
  - 6 month waiting period to donate blood after giving birth.</li>\n<li>Ca
 ncer Patients - Cancer patients can donate blood providing they are all he
 aled and no longer taking chemotherapy or radiation treatments.</li>\n<li>
 Blood Thinner Medications - Not okay to donate.</li>\n<li>Blood Pressure M
 edications - Okay to donate. Please note\, everyone&rsquo\;s blood pressur
 e is screened prior to donating blood.</li>\n<li>Mental Health Medications
  - Okay to donate.</li>\n<li>Diabetes Medications - Okay to donate.</li>\n
 <li>Monthly Menstrual Cycle - Okay to donate blood while on monthly menstr
 ual cycle\, if Hemoglobin levels are fine.</li>\n<li>Traveling out of Coun
 try - Okay to donate blood if you stayed in a city section of country you 
 are visiting. No rural or high mosquito or malaria populated locations. Ca
 ncun Mexico is okay.</li>\n<li>Covid 19 - Okay to donate blood as long as 
 they are all healed. Also\, okay to donate blood after receiving Vaccine. 
 If they feel fine day of blood donation one may donate blood.&nbsp\;</li>\
 n<li>Smoking Marijuana - Okay to donate.</li>\n<li>Those who have lived or
  stayed an accumulative of three years in the UK\, Ireland and France are 
 now okay to donate blood with Red Cross. Donor(s) must first call 866-236-
 3276 prior to scheduling their appointment to be cleared. By calling this 
 number prior to scheduling their appointment they will have this removed f
