 o Life Art Quarterly\, an interactive workshop series.</p>\n<p>Each sessio
 n features Life Art librarians sharing life experience and practice ground
 ed in the first principle of Love (with a capital &ldquo\;L&rdquo\;)\, fol
 lowed by open\, life-art&ndash\;inspired discussion and studio time. Parti
 cipants are invited to explore creative practices such as mindfulness medi
 tation\, reading\, gratitude journaling\, reflective writing\, intuitive d
 rawing\, mandala coloring\, and more.</p>\n<p>The series builds over time\
 , so attending each session is encouraged but not required. Join whenever 
 you can. We look forward to spending time together at the library and expl
