 in one convenient location.</p>\n<p><strong>What is a Super Clinic?</stron
 g><br />A Super Clinic is a collaborative event designed to help community
  members access important services such as:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tax filing assi
 stance and benefits information (CRA)</li>\n<li>Access to federal programs
  and services (Service Canada)</li>\n<li>Provincial supports and benefits 
 (MSDPR)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)</strong></p>\n
 <ul>\n<li>Tax Slip information (T4\, T5007\, T4A -Pension\, T4A- OAS and m
 ore)</li>\n<li>Notice of Assessments (NOAs) and Assistance with CRA corres
 pondence</li>\n<li>Benefits and Credits information: Disability Tax Credit
  (DTC)\, Canada Child Benefit (CCB)\, GST/HST credit\, Canada Worker&rsquo
 \;s Benefit (CWB)</li>\n<li>Account updates (address\, contact number\, di
 rect deposit etc.) <br />&nbsp\;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Community Income 
 Tax Program (CVITP)</strong></p>\n<p>Individuals can get their taxes done 
 by our volunteers if they have a <strong>modest income and a simple tax si
 tuation</strong>. Our volunteers will be able to file any tax returns for 
 the 2016 &ndash\; 2025 tax years.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>To be eligible t
 heir total family income should be less than the amounts shown in the char
 t:</p>\n<p>1 person&nbsp\;&nbsp\; &nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp
 \; $40\,000</p>\n<p>2 people &nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nb
 sp\;&nbsp\; $55\,000</p>\n<p>3+&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&
 nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp
 \;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; $5\,000 for each additional person</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<
 p>Generally\, individuals&rsquo\; tax situation is considered simple if th
 ey have <strong>no income or if your income comes from</strong>:</p>\n<ul>
 \n<li>Employment\;</li>\n<li>Pension\;</li>\n<li>benefits\, such as the Ca
 nada Pension Plan\, Old Age Security\, disability insurance\, employment i
 nsurance\, and social assistance\;</li>\n<li>registered retirement savings
  plans support payments\;</li>\n<li>scholarships\, fellowships\, bursaries
  or grants\;</li>\n<li>interest (under $1\,000).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Your tax 
 situation <strong>is not</strong> simple if you:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>are self-e
 mployed\, except if your income is less than $1\,000\;</li>\n<li>have empl
 oyment expenses\; business or rental income and expenses\;</li>\n<li>have 
 capital gains or losses\;</li>\n<li>filed for bankruptcy\;</li>\n<li>are c
 ompleting a tax return for a deceased person.<br />&nbsp\;</li>\n</ul>\n<p
 ><strong>Service Canada (SC)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>NEW Canadian Dental C
 are Plan - Information and Application/Attestation</li>\n<li>Pension infor
 mation on Old Age Security and Canada Pension Plan</li>\n<li>Get a Social 
 Insurance Number (birth certificate in most cases will be required)</li>\n
 <li>Receive an access code to sign up for online My Service Canada</li>\n<
 li>General Government of Canada information<br />&nbsp\;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><
 strong>Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction (MSDPR) -&nbsp
 \;<em>will only be there from 12:30 to 3 on May 8 but 9-3 on Oct. 7th</em>
 </strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assistance with questions related to income assis
 tance</li>\n<li>Get copies of PWD forms</li>\n<li>Initiate Crisis Suppleme
 nt requests for existing ministry clients</li>\n<li>Assistance with applic
 ations for income assistance</li>\n<li>Information on city resources such 
 as housing\, food\, and rehab <br />&nbsp\;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Genera
 lly\, any government photo ID is required to accesses services.</strong></
