 strong></h3>\n<p>Nick Petrie joins Authors to discuss his latest novel\, T
 he Dark Time. Join us to learn more about Petrie&rsquo\;s ascent to the he
 ights of fiction writing and get a sneak peek at one of the most anticipat
 ed novels of the year! This event includes a 45 minute discussion or autho
 r-led presentation followed by a brief audience Q&amp\;A session. Each tic
 ket includes (1) copy of the featured book</p>\n<h3><strong>About the book
 </strong></h3>\n<p>The Dark Time is the ninth installment of the Peter Ash
  series. At the suggestion of an old friend\, Ash aids an investigative re
 porter who received a disturbingly specific death threat. Little does the 
 reporter know\, she&rsquo\;s stumbled upon an explosive story that may be 
 more than Peter and his team can handle.</p>\n<h3><strong>About the author
 </strong></h3>\n<p>Nick Petrie\, a University of Michigan Alumnus\, is the
  highly decorated author behind the popular Peter Ash thriller series. His
  work has garnered prestigious honors including the ITW Thriller and Barry
  Awards alongside nominations for the Edgar\, Anthony and Hammett Awards. 
 Through his novels\, Petrie follows the journey of veteran Peter Ash as he
  navigates a life of danger and stands firm against powerful\, shadowy for

  options at the event?</em> The Library has a free underground parking gar
 age. The garage entrance is located on Adams St.</p>\n<p><em>What time do 
 the doors open?</em> General admission seating begins at 6:30 p.m.</p>\n<p
 ><em>Are there assigned seats?</em> No. Seating is general admission. The 
 purchase of a ticket guarantees seating.</p>\n<p><em>Is handicapped seatin
 g available?</em> Handicapped seating is available. For special seating ar
 rangements\, please call 419.214.4332 at least one week prior to the event
 .</p>\n<p><em>Will an American Sign Language Interpreter be provided for t
 he event?</em> We are happy to provide an ASL Interpreter for the event -

 n/can't I bring to the event?</em> Please do not bring outside food/bevera
 ges. There is no video recording or flash photography allowed.</p>\n<p><em
 >Will the author hold a book signing after the talk?</em> Yes\, the author
  will be available for a limited signing opportunity after the presentatio
 n.</p>\n<p><em>Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?</em> Yes
 \, tickets will be scanned at the door. Tickets can be scanned from your p
 hone via your Eventbrite email receipt. Please have your device with the E
