 rior to earning her PhD in the history of agricultural capitalism at the U
 niversity of Delaware. Her recent book\,&nbsp\;Setting Colorado's Table: 1
 50 Years of Agricultural Legacy\, celebrates the history of farming and ra
 nching in the Centennial State and was just released as part of the 250th/
