  She is sensitive to the needs and frustrations of the respective employee

  to fully serve either. As a Certified Aging Life Care Advanced Profession
 al\, Ms. Harris&rsquo\; objective is to better assess the maze of Aging Li
 fe Care services\, identify the correct services needed\, and provide a cu
 stomized premium care plan for each client. Ms. Harris has achieved Care M
 anager Certification (CMC) by the National Academy of Certified Care Manag
 ers\, has a Graduate Certificate in Geriatric Care Management\, an MBA &nd
