Meet the author and illustrator of Dr. Rosie Helps the Animals\, an award-winning STEM picture book based o n and informed by real-world veterinarians. Jennifer\, the author\, and Ro zillia\, the illustrator\, will first tell the story behind the story of D r. Rosie\, and then provide an interactive reading. Following the reading will be a hands-on activity where kids (and their grownups) diagnose and t reat a stuffy.

Each participant will receive a mini vet kit and di agnostic/treatment sheet to take home. \;

Kids should bring th eir own stuffy. Mini stuffed animals will be provided for any kid who need s one. Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase. Proceeds are directed to a veterinary scholarship fund.
