 nter:</strong> Jacqueline Tapia works at Morris County&rsquo\;s Division o
 n Aging and has been with the agency for almost three years. She is the ca
 regiver coordinator and truly enjoys supporting caregivers and the familie
 s they serve. As a caregiver herself\, she understands the challenges and 
 rewards that come with the role\, which makes the work especially meaningf
 ul to her. Her personal and professional experiences help her better under
 stand and support the caregivers she works with.</p>\n<p><em><strong>Plan

 ></em></p>\n<p>This program is part of a series\, Plan for your Peace of M
 ind.&nbsp\; Many of us don&rsquo\;t feel comfortable discussing the end of
  our lives\, which is why we are often not prepared when the time comes. I
 t is to everyone&rsquo\;s advantage to discuss plans and preferences regar
 ding death.&nbsp\; The goal of this series is to help attendees and their 
 loved ones ease concerns by learning how to properly plan.</p>\n<p>This an
