 f MCPL!&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Charles &ldquo\;Bliss the Violinist&rdquo\; Tolbert
 \, aka Bliss Ananda\, has been soothing the palates of listeners with his 
 electric violin for over 30 years. Bliss Ananda has performed at:&nbsp\;Th
 e Strathmore\, the Kennedy Center\, the Christmas Tree Lighting at The Whi
 te House\, the National Institutes of Health&rsquo\;s Barbara Streisand He
 art Health Initiative\, the reopening of the Howard Theater\, as well as f
 or The Mayor of Washington\, DC\, Muriel Bowser.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p><em>This p
 rogram will take place outside on the patio\, weather permitting. Program 
 will be moved indoors if raining or bad weather.&nbsp\;Feel free to bring 
 a blanket\, towel\, or camp chairs to sit on. Some additional chairs will
