 gether\, they will practice strategies for calming their bodies and safely
  letting those big feelings go.</p>\n<p>This program is being led by a Lic
 ensed Mental Health Counselor Associate from Mental Health America of Nort
 heast Indiana. Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHANI) is an ad
 vocacy and education non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission
  it is to promote the mental and emotional health of the community by offe
 ring advocacy\, education\, support services\, and hope.</p>\n<p>Space is
