 ou in when there is space.</p>\n<p>Library staff may ask the kids who have
  been in the KIC the longest to exit\, if there is a waitlist and some par
 ticipants have been in the KIC more than 60 minutes.</p>\n<p>Family welcom
 e.&nbsp\; Siblings under Grade 1 must stay with a supervising caregiver at
  all times.</p>\n<p>Library staff may ask caregivers to park strollers out

 m will use a wide variety of products. By participating in Cuyahoga County
  Public Library's (CCPL) Summer Fun for Everyone programs\, you are agreei
