Attendees will participate in a series of discussions and be introduced to basic physical self-defense skills and te chniques. Training will focus on three key areas: Mindset\, Skill Set and Planning. Specific topics may include Situational Awareness\, Bystander In tervention\, Consent\, Healthy Relationships\, Simple Effective Strikes\, How to Escape Common Grabs\, and much more. \;

All topics will be presented at an age-appropriate level for those in attendance. The pur pose of the training is to empower the attendees through self defense trai ning.
