 es K-12</strong>\, is to design and build a unique structure out of 200 po
 psicle sticks or less. The contest runs from <strong>March 3rd to March 21
 st</strong>. Building supply kits with the popsicle sticks are available f
 or pick up at the Library starting <strong>March 3rd</strong>.</p>\n<p>Ent
 ries will be judge on creativity and engineering skill. Any materials\, in
 cluding paint and markers may be used to decorate the structures so be as 
 creative as you can.</p>\n<p>Judging will begin on <strong>Tuesday\, March
  24th</strong>. You can turn in your structure early\, you don&rsquo\;t ne
 ed to be present to win\, just leave us your contact info. Winners will be
  notified later in the week.</p>\n<p>Free and open to the public. Supplies
