 s shape employee capacity.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Presenter Denise Malone-Cash\, D
 SL\, is an HR practitioner\, employee relations leader\, and neurodivergen
 t professional with over a decade of experience in workplace compliance\, 
 accommodations\, and organizational culture. She is the Principal Consulta
 nt at Inclusion by Design and the creator of the S.A.F.E. Score Framework&
 trade\;\, a universal design-based model for evaluating disclosure safety 
 and workplace accessibility. She has designed this Q&amp\;A for neurodiver
 gent adults across all roles and industries.</p>\n<p><strong>If you wish\,
