\nUSL Spokane is the organization based in Spokane\, W ashington fielding two professional soccer teams. The women&rsquo\;s D1 Sp okane Zephyr FC compete in the Gainbridge Super League\, and the men&rsquo \;s D3 Spokane Velocity FC compete in USL League One.
\n90+ Project is all about building community through soccer and youth development for a ll. They believe that soccer is a powerful tool for promoting physical\, m ental\, and emotional development\, as well as the well-being and recreati on of young people. Their goal is to empower youth to reach their full pot ential in the sport of soccer. \;
