 tmaking\, dabble with creating our own stamps\, and use paint to try them 
 out!</p>\n<p><em><strong>Registration begins April 20 for April 27's progr
 am. Participants must be ages 7&ndash\;11. To ensure successful signup\, e
 ach child needs to be registered separately\, using the child's first and 
 last name on the registration form. A library card number is not required.
 &nbsp\;</strong></em>Children in grade 5 and below must have a caregiver o
 n library premises during the program.</p>\n<p>No younger siblings may att
 end this program\; however\, we do offer <span style="text-decoration: und
 erline\;"><a href="https://carmelclaylibrary.org/events?n=3&amp\;term=Dabb
 le+Jr&amp\;r=months">a separate Dabble Jr. program</a></span> designed spe
 cially for children ages 4&ndash\;6.</p>\n<p>Please enjoy all snacks befor
 e and after the program. We ask all attendees to refrain from eating durin
 g the program so that all participants can focus on and engage with the ev
