 ary's English Language Learning Program is a great way to make friends and
  give back to your community.</p>\n<p>At the workshop you will learn about
  the program's policies and procedures\, hear from current ELL volunteers\
 , and participate in an in-depth tour of the library.</p>\n<p>You will als
 o have the opportunity to begin your online training modules.&nbsp\;</p>\n
 <p>&nbsp\;Once you have completed your virtual training the following will
  happen:</p>\n<p>Individuals interested in working with an English Languag
 e Learner one-on-one will be matched with a student.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Indivi
 duals interested in providing administrative support will be scheduled to 
 work with the community services librarian regarding the behind-the-scenes
  functions of the ELL program. Once a relationship is established there ma
 y be a possibility to complete Admin work from home.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Indivi
 duals interested in creating a short-term course/s of 4 to 6 weeks will be
  scheduled to meet with the community services librarian to begin the disc
 ussion and development of a course. Please note the planning of courses ta
 ke a MINIMUM of two months followed by approximately a month to execute th
 e course\, followed by 1 to 2 weeks of after-action assessment meetings. T
 he work of a short-term course maybe done with a partner or a small team o
 f 3 or 4.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>ALL volunteers are expected to commit to a
