\nVictor Rezmovic\, PhD\, was trained in quantitativ e methods and social science research\, having earned his doctorate in soc ial psychology at Syracuse University. He was fortunate to have discovered the world of personal computers which led him to a career as a technology consultant and educator. After retiring from working on consulting contra cts at agencies like the DOJ and the FBI\, he has dedicated himself to tea ching practical uses of technology such as using the Cloud\, disconnecting from cable TV\, and staying safe online. He has been teaching at Montgome ry College and several adult learning centers since 2017. \;
