Join Mar y as she demonstrates how to make Maine Style Lobster Rolls from scratch! After the demonstration\, attendees will be invited to build their own pla te to enjoy in the wine bar. Beer\, wine\, and non-alcoholic options will be available for purchase\, and the register is always open for other shop ping\, as well. \nMary McGuire is the Store Manager at Arome. She was born and raised near Lodi\, CA and spent the first 16 years of he r life working in health insurance. She has always had a passion for cooki ng and baking (especially fresh pasta and cheesecakes!)\, and two years ag o decided it was time for a big change and moved to Redmond. She instantly fell in love with the culture and people\, especially the spring and summ er when the farmer&rsquo\;s markets and product stands are open. When Mary isn&rsquo\;t at Arome\, she is usually home trying out new recipes or han ging out with her tiny dog\, Paige. \;
