DESCRIPTION:The Creative Aging series is an art exploration class open to 
 those aged 55+. No prior experience is needed. Participants are asked to c

 ipants to learn\, create\, and experiment together while building social c
 onnections through shared creative experiences.</p>\n<p>During the first f
 our meetings\, participants will explore Suminagashi monotype printmaking 
 and cyanotype photograms. These processes are accessible\, flexible\, and 
 allow participants to discover new materials and techniques.<br />The fift
 h meeting will include an art opening that is open to the public\, as well
  as family members and friends of participants. This celebration will give
  participants the opportunity to share their work\, connect with their com
 munity\, and experience the joy of seeing their artwork displayed.</p>\n<p
 >Artwork will remain on display until August 27\, when participants will&n
 bsp\;gather for a reunion meeting. This final session will provide time to
  pick up artwork\, reconnect with fellow participants\, and participate in
  an art activity.</p>\n<p>This class is taught by Teaching Artist Jessica 
 Held\, and is supported with grant funding through the IMLS and State Libr
