Anyone who has returned home from prison i s invited to join a peer support group to help navigate the barriers and o bstacles\, and celebrate the successes\, of re-entry.

Participants will:
-Identify a healthy goal and make a personal commitment to ach ieving it
-Learn the Habit Triage process
-Create a routine sch edule that supports their personal commitment
-Create a budget/financ ial plan
-Commit to one healthy leisure hobby/activity

Gradu ates will receive:
-A certificate of completion
-A letter of ref erence
-Eligible for scholarship to become a certified Peer Support S pecialist (COCC)
