Let's make a delicious\, heart-shaped charcuterie board for Mother's Day! \ ; Come learn the fundamentals of designing an beautiful board and have fun creating your very own. \; Learn to make roses from salami or fruits and make a caprice kebob with fresh basil. \; The boards will incorpor ate fruits\, vegetables and\, of course\, some chocolate too!

Part icipants will create a 12" heart-shaped charcuterie board to take home. If you would like to split your registration slot with another person\, add one guest to your registration. You will share the making of one (1) charc uterie board together. \;

Suzanne Landry \;is a celebrity chef\, wellness educator and author of \;The Pass ionate Vegetable \;and \;Fresh Food Matters. \; Suzanne has over thirty-five years' experience as a culinary instructor\, educator\, and industry consultant\, and has inspired many people toward a healthier lifestyle. She was the founder and director of Nature's Table C ooking School and Catering Company. Working for the renowned Issels Medica l Center\, she developed the nutrition education program for their cancer patients. She developed new food products for Nabisco Foods\, Spice Hunter and Fantastic Foods. She currently offers public cooking classes and priv ate cooking parties\, catering and farmers market tours.
