 to celebrate your accomplishment and/or your new school year! A special gu
 est from Bruster's Ice Cream will demonstrate the science of how to make i
 ce cream in our meeting room and we'll have a sweet treat. Afterward enjoy
  lawn games\, bubbles\, and make chalk drawings on our paved walkway in ou
 r garden.</p>\n<p>Please bring a blanket or towel to sit on for outside.</
 p>\n<p>If there is inclement weather\, the air quality is code red\, or th
 ere is a heat emergency alert\, the party will be moved entirely indoors.<
 /p>\n<p>Co-sponsored by Friends of the Library\, Montgomery County\, Inc.<
 /p>\n<p>Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is lim
 ited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Childr
 en attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an 
 adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accom
