 and easy to clean are the tenants of camp cooking. In this class we&rsquo\
 ;ll cover two of Janice&rsquo\;s go-to camp meals - one pot Greek chicken 
 quinoa salad and vegetarian Buddha bowls. Both of these recipes are packed
  with protein and veggies and are gluten free with easy dairy free and veg
 etarian adaptations. With a little at home prep these come together quickl
 y with just one pan used at camp! We&rsquo\;ll make these two recipes and 
 then follow up with sample size servings of each.</p>\n<p>Allergens - Dair

 \;is the owner of&nbsp\;Arome. She is a gourmet food enthusiast who grew u
 p on a small family farm in the heart of the Willamette Valley. She develo
 ped her love of gardening and cooking at an early age on the farm\, but st
 arted her career and spent about 10 years as a civil engineer after attend
 ing Oregon State University. In 2016\, she pivoted and pursued her dream o
 f bringing unique and high quality gourmet foods and kitchen wares to Hood
  River\, Oregon and opened the first location of Arome in early 2017. Jani
 ce loves the unique knowledge the every customer brings to the store and e
 njoys learning about each person's flavor preferences\, travels and journe
