 ined a divemaster certification. He has a love for maritime history in the
  state of New Jersey and has logged over 2\,400 dives. For more than two d
 ecades he has spent countless hours researching and identifying shipwrecks
  off the coast. This avocation\, coupled with his diving and technical ill
 ustration background\, has allowed him to participate in 30 archaeological
  expeditions throughout the region. He has mapped nearly thirty wreck site
 s and created illustrations of them for archaeological reports for both st
