 0px 20px 20px 0px\;" />Dr. Kallol Basu is a New Jersey&ndash\;based busine
 ss leader and scholar with a doctorate in organizational change management
 . Alongside his professional career as Chief Strategy Officer at a leading
  IT services firm\, he is deeply engaged in exploring the global legacy of
  Rabindranath Tagore. He recently directed the documentary <em>Tracing Tag
 ore&rsquo\;s Legacy in America</em>\, which premiered at the University of
  Illinois in August 2025 and examines Tagore&rsquo\;s travels across the U
 nited States and the intellectual and cultural influence he left behind. A
  writer and heritage enthusiast\, Dr. Basu has contributed to English-lang
 uage newspapers in both the United States and India and actively supports 
 social entrepreneurship initiatives through several NGOs.</p>\n<p></p>\nht
