Well join us as we chat with the staff from Holy Cross Health - Community Health and Well-Being Team!

They will teach us tricks an d give us tips for healthy eating that will help us control blood sugar: e ating unprocessed foods such as fruits\, vegetables\, whole grains\, and l ean meats\, and eating until the feeling of hunger is satisfied\, not unti l you are stuffed!

Each month\, they prepare a yummy recipe during the program\, for us to sample\, and to replicate the recipe at home!

One lucky attendee\, who answers the quiz questions correctly\, may r eceive a $25 gift card to be used to assist with your grocery needs!
