Supportive Living Programs offer a unique resource to the community. For many\, Assisted Living is financially out o f reach\, even though the services may be needed for a loved one. Supporti ve Living Programs work with Medicaid to provide assisted living including : prepared meals\, laundry service\, housekeeping\, social activities\, tr ansportation\, 24-hour staffing\, and more! The Pointe at Eastgate is a Su pportive Living Provider that assists those 65 and over. We want to expand awareness of this opportunity to those that might think affording assiste d living is out of reach. We would like to share how this voucher program through the State of Illinois works\, what is required\, and share about o ur community.
