 it of the sixteenth president has been praised by those who knew him as mo
 re lifelike than any other. Exhibited at the US Capitol\, the 1876 Centenn
 ial Exposition in Philadelphia\, and the Union League Club in New York\, a
 mong other important places\, this portrait eventually found a home in the
  Hartley Dodge Memorial in Madison\, NJ.&nbsp\;Mallory&nbsp\;will share he
 r first-hand account of researching this painting and the stories she unco
 vered as she leads the audience through this painting&rsquo\;s fascinating
  provenance. This portrait is currently on loan to the <a href="https://np
 g.si.edu/exhibition/abraham-lincoln-wfk-travers">Smithsonian&rsquo\;s Nati
 onal Portrait Gallery</a>.</p>\n<p>Mallory Mortillaro is an art historian 
 and educator. She has a decade of teaching experience and has worked on va
 rious art research projects for museums and organizations in the New York 
 metropolitan area.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Her discoveries in the art world have garn
 ered her national attention. She studied at Drew University.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;
