In an hour\, participants will work together to transform milk into butter and \;ice cream. In the process\, they&rsquo\;ll learn about c ream and the different types of \;milk\, the science of how rock salt helps to freeze ice cream quickly\, and they&rsquo\;ll discover first-hand how delicious a little hard work can be.
\nUnfamiliar with "STEAM?" STEAM is an educational approach that incorporates the arts into the more -familiar \;STEM \;model\, which \;includes science\, technolo gy\, engineering\, and mathematics.
