 things from your everyday life (think: scrap paper\, stickers\, photos but
  also receipts\, candy wrappers\, plastic bags\, junk mail\, sky's the lim
 it!) and incorporate them into a collage\, usually in the form of a journa
 l spread. You don't have to buy much to get started - if you have a glue s
 tick and a pair of scissors\, you can immediately start junk journaling. T
 his craft is sustainable\; you give new life to items that would otherwise
  probably end up in a landfill. You can junk journal alone of course\, but
