\nAbout the Autho r:
\nClaudia Hinz lives in Bend\, Oregon. She graduated fro m Harvard and received her MA in English from Southern Methodist Universit y. She worked as a television reporter for network affiliates in Northern California\, Seattle and Dallas. Her work has been published in \; The Christian Science Monitor\, \;Women Writers\, Wo men&rsquo\;s Books\, \;Story Magazine\, \;Other People&rsquo\;s Flowers\, \;The Wrath-Bearing Tree\,&nbs p\;The Manifest-Station\, \;Brevity\, \;The Boston Globe\, \;1859 Oregon&rsquo\;s Magazine\, \;< em>Flash Fiction Magazine\, \;Bend Lifestyle Magazine&nb sp\;and \;BLUNTmoms.
