  for April 4 is moving to a new location: <strong>Indiana Historical Socie

 This is one of our most spectacular and highly anticipated events of the y
 ear\, and we&rsquo\;re excited to still celebrate with you&mdash\;just in 
 a different space!</p>\n<p><strong>There will be no vendor booths this yea
 r\, but all the festive energy and cultural celebration you love will stil
 l be there&mdash\;for free and open to all.</strong></p>\n<p>Thank you&nbs
 p\;for your understanding as we work to reopen Central Library. We can&rsq
 uo\;t wait to see you on April 4!</p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information</
 strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Parking</strong>&nbsp\;A flat lot is locat
 ed directly behind the building off New York St. Parking is first\, come f
 irst serve.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Guests will not need to pay museum adm
 ission to access the lobby\, theater\, or caf&eacute\;. If guests want to 
 visit the exhibits\, they will need to pay for admission to the museum.</l
 i>\n<li>Outside food/beverages are not permitted in the building\; however
 \, there is the&nbsp\;<a href="https://indianahistory.org/visit/stardust-t
 errace-cafe/">Stardust Terrace Caf&eacute\;&rsquo\;</a>.</li>\n<li><strong
 >PLEASE NOTE</strong>: This is Final Four weekend\; there will be many oth
 er events and activities happening downtown and some road closures. Expect
