 on about energy programs and more!</p>\n<p>You can also bring your old inc
 andescent and compact fluorescent bulbs to swap them for new energy-effici
 ent LED light bulbs. You can bring us as many lightbulbs as you want\, but
  there is&nbsp\;a&nbsp\;<strong>limit of 3 LEDs per person</strong>.</p>\n
 <p>Please note that we provide only standard 60W equivalent LED bulbs that
  are 2700K\, meaning they are warm lightbulbs. If you would like to swap o
 ut more bulbs\, we encourage you to schedule a&nbsp\;Quick Home Energy Che
 ckup&nbsp\;with your utility company.</p>\n<p>In collaboration with the Mo
 ntgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)\, Department
  of Environmental Protection (DEP)\, and Pepco.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<hr />\

  in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range 
 of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must
  be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for child
 ren must have an accompanying child.</p>\n<p>If you plan to attend with a 
 group of ten or more\, please contact the branch at least one week before 
 the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.</p>\n<hr />\n
