 \, the group was originally founded in September&nbsp\;2003 by director Ch
 ristine L. Braden and a small group of ringers\, two of whom are still mem
 bers of the group.&nbsp\;The choir&nbsp\;rings on 5 octaves of Whitechapel
  handbells and almost 6 octaves of chimes.&nbsp\;In addition to bringing m
 usic to the public\, Jersey Jubilation strives to educate their audiences 
 on the art of ringing handbells.&nbsp\;The group participates in the Hudso
 n Valley Handbell Festival each spring and in 2022 hosted a concert by the
  famous Raleigh Ringers. Bringing the beauty of handbell music to others a
 nd educating the&nbsp\;public on the art of handbell ringing are the drivi
